Serino Coyne, one of the two big players among Broadway ad agencies, has merged with Art Meets Commerce, the digital services-focused company that, like Serino, is owned by parent con-glom Omnicom.
Combined company is set to provide legit clients with marketing services including creative development and design, media planning, website development, video production, social media management, sales tracking and stats analysis.
Four-year-old AMC, which Omnicom recently acquired, and 30-year-old Serino have previously partnered on shows including “Promises, Promises,” “Elf” and “The Merchant of Venice,” with “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying” on the docket for the spring.
Newly merged company is part of a Broadway advertising and marketing landscape that has in recent years been dominated mainly by Serino and competitor Spotco, although newer additions to the field now include AKA and Art Machine.
