Producers of tonight’s Tony Awards ceremony will offer live streaming coverage of all the action on the red carpet outside Radio City Music Hall, starting at 2 p.m. PT/5 p.m. ET.
The special, a first in the 69-year history of the awards, will be hosted by Darren Criss and two-time Tony nominee Laura Osnes. “Star Trek’s” George Takei will serve as the live stream’s official fan correspondent, with Randi Zuckerberg as tech/social correspondent, Blake Ross as theater correspondent and Emilio Sosa as the fashion correspondent.
Performers and presenters for CBS’ live telecast include Chita Rivera, Kristin Chenowith (who is co-hosting with Alan Cumming), Brian d’Arcy James, Kelli O’Hara, Ken Watanabe, Harry Connick Jr., Bradley Cooper, Bobby Cannavale, Bryan Cranston, Larry David, Sutton Foster, Neil Patrick Harris, Jennifer Lopez, Joe Manganiello, Jim Parsons, David Hyde Pierce, Amanda Seyfried, Taylor Schilling, Ashley Tisdale and Tommy Tune.
